On Management and Safeguard of the Document Management Integrated System

Document management integrated system has many customers because it has good common and open attribute. During the course of using this system we must engage in scientific and standard management and safeguard in the aspects such as hardware and software update and operators' training, database management and operation and network virus' safeguard and so on. We are suggested to find the cause on time and fix the breakdown caused by the unsuitable operation in the course of purchasing and cataloguing, circulation, retrieving and borrowing and reading. The paper has a overall summary of the author's several-year experience by using this system.
