Reseach on Standard of Quality Evaluation on Novelty Search Reports

Several viewpoints differing from those of paper the standard of quality evaluation on novelty search are presented. According to viewpoints, generation process of a novelty search report can be divided into four stages: acquisition of basic information of novelty search project, retrieval of related information, processing of related information and novelty judgement. Furthermore, five types of quality evaluation standard of novelty search reports are given: correct description of basic information, accurate retrieval of related information, correct analysis and expression of related literature, objective, accurate and clear description of novelty search conclusion, and normative writing of novelty search report.
