Study on effects of reducing blood lipid and toxicity of the ShanQing reducing blood lipids capsule

OBJECTIVETo study the effects of reducing blood lipid and acute toxicity of the ShanQing reducing blood lipids capsule(SRBLC).METHODSThe hyperlipemia model of rats was established to observe the effects of reducing blood lipids of the SRBLC,and 14.0g/kg of the SRBLC in rats were administrated by oral,and the intoxication and death number were observed.RESULTSThe SRBLC reduced the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride,increased the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and had no acute toxicity in rats.CONCLUSIONThe SRBLC has the effects of reducing blood lipids.
