Application of Uster Classmat CQ and CII and Measures against Yarn Fault

Comparative analysis is done to the latest introduced Uster Classmat Quantum and Classmat Ⅱ,finding that the CQ is sensitive in detection of foreign fiber,set length,single spindle fault yarn,and minute fault yarn.Some measures are given as to control or reduce fault yarn.Conclusion is made that the Uster products are of world-advanced level with excellent process and analysis performance.
