Research and Application of Cloud Computing in Power Informatization Construction

As a major trend in today’s IT industry development, cloud computing imposes an increasingly significant impact on power informatization construction. This paper introduces the concepts of cloud computing, points out that the data center is a right place integrating cloud computing with power informatization based on the situation of power enterprises informatization construction, which will be helpful to solve the issues of low utilization of resources, high energy consumption, and high management cost for data centers. By analyzing virtualization technology and resource unified schedule management technology in detail, a cloud computing supporting system architecture of green data centers is built.
