The exising problems and role of knowledge management in information systems project management(ISPM) are studied through investigation to define knowledge management an important content in ISPM,further to do ISPM better with the beginning of doing knowledge management well.ISPM mode based on knowledge management and implementation framework of knowledge ma-nagement in ISPM are brought forward after analyzing investigation outcomes.
