A Practical and Fast Method of Iris Location

This method is presented based on the two-step iris location combining initial location with the a-mendable location. It exploits the restraint of two region value including the average value of grey cumulative sum and the range of radius to search the internal and external edge of iris. Experiments show that the method reduces blindness in search of the original method. Furthermore, it fastens location speed and improve accuracy of iris location.
