Analysis based on Intervals of Optimum Seeking Air Defense Campaign Operational Project with TOPSIS Method

Optimum seeking the project of air defense campaign will come down to some factors including the operational benefit and cost.Because of the complexity and randomicity of operational environment,which make it existing uncertainty.With respect to uncertainty,the paper transformed an intervalnumber multiple attribute decision making problem into multiple attribute decision making problem with interval-valued by the multiplication operation of interval number,gave TOPSIS to interval number attribute decision making problem,and analysed a practical example by this method.
