Research on Signal Processing Technique of Sensors in MWD

The precision of sensors in MWD and the control of hole trajectory are influenced directly by the quality of signal processing.Nonlinear signals of sensors are processed by choosing appropriate fitting functions and constructing circuit to make it linear.Error compensation algorithm and digital filtering technique are adopted to reduce measurement error departed from principle of MWD.The method makes sure that the INC error is lower ±0.1° and the Az error is lower ±1° in MWD,which meet the requirements of designing high-accuracy MWD.
