Aimed at the difficult issues of the army sentinel patrol management.This paper introduces function and the hardware structure of the Electronic Patrol Management System based on RFID technology.It illuminates the circuit and the design method of the antenna and software of the RF card reader,and provides the key starting work method to save power consumption and the finding method of RF cards collision using Manchester code in the RF card reader.The application of the Electronic Patrol Management System in the army improve the efficiency of the sentinel patrol management
