On the Method for Ascertaining Effectiveness Exponent of Integrated Individual Soldier Combat System

The Integrated Individual Soldier Combat System(IISCS) is a new kind of weapon system.And it is very important to research on the evaluation techniques of its effectiveness.The article analyzes the significance of the concept of evaluation and the feasibility of two major kinds of performance evaluation measure,and states out that the way of power exponent is a superior way to evaluate IISCS effectiveness.On the base of analysis of the construction and battle using of IISCS,the article establishes the index architecture of the system for evaluating its effectiveness exponent,and further more,points out quantization method for indexes.The article provides concrete calculating models for the effectiveness exponent according to the statistical features in demonstration stage.
