Higher Institution's Information Resource Planning Based on Data

This paper introduces that the implementation of information share should be the direction of application and should based on data to establish information resource management criterion by analysis the question of university information.Applying the theory of information resource planning,we analyze the content of university information resource planning based on example,and introduce the conception of topic database.What's more,We introduce the principle that on the center of topic database construction and on the assistance of virtual topic database to direct university information resource planning.
