Research on Measuring Method of Information Value Based on Cloud Gravity Center Assessment Method

With the violent development of science and technology and the speeder promotion of information-based process,Information has more and more been paid attention to as a kind of resource which promoted economic and social development by people.Based on this,firstly the intension of information value has proposed in the thesis,and the evaluating main thought of information value has been established.Secondly,the cloud generator of the cloud centre of gravity theory has been introduced to calculate information value,through the evaluating model of the cloud centre of gravity,the information value may be figured out.Finally,census data of real enterprises is taken as an example,and actual calculation of enterprise's information value has been carried on,then the concrete quantization value of enterprise's information value has been got,this will help to offer a quantitative method while carrying on decision to information.
