Development of Early Warning Detection System for Critical Area with CEC

Early warning detection system of critical area is a significant bulwark for information superiority acquisition in area air defcnce. CEC, solving well the problem of air raid and early warning for the formation at sea, plays an important role in network centric operation of American troops. Based on analysis of the creative operative conception and advanced technical measures, some propositions on how to develop early warning detection system of critical area with the mechanism of CEC are proposed.
