Entropy's application in construction of gene regulatory net-work

Objective:Based on time-space characteristics of gene expression,in order to search for a new description of gene regulatory net-work of genetic expression.Methods:We try to use entropy to make sure.Results:Getting the controlling matrix between genes,we could visualize the image.Conclusion:This method which we try to useentropy to make sure the weight and process weighted clustering in specific time is based on external database to eliminate the effective of artificial subjective factors.
