Chinese Input Method with Small Keyboard of 15-keys

To meet the requirements of the special group of the aged,the financial staff to use computer,the writers study the rule of the Chinese input and the regularities of that with the small keys,and create a Chinese input with small keyboards,which follows the principles as compatibility,regularity and easy to use.It is also low in conflict code rate,easy to remember and fast in input.
