An Image Retrieval Method Considering Image Size in DCT Compressed Domain

A image retrieval method in discrete cosine transform(DCT)compressed domain,which considers the location of all main color component and image size,is presented through constructing the color layout descriptors proposed in MPEG-7 by extracting the main color information from DCT domain directly.The proposed method may be applied to content-based image retrieval.
