ITS-Based Map Seized Design and Its Application

Because the ITS supervision centre can not provide several kinds of traffic information,so the mobile terminal can't acquire the information timely.This paper presents a method,namely the technology of seizing a block of electronic map which have the ability to communicate the map information.The design principle of seizing a block of electronic map is also presented.The pre-processing of the map seized is also discussed.
