The Design and Application of the Case Management Information System

This paper is about the development of case management system, one important link in the Commercial Bureau. We use the client/server structure. By encoding user purview and classifying the related data, the problem of safety, veracity and consistency under the multi-user environment have been solved. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the supervision of the process of case management, we have designed the file flow control and index of the laws of commercial administration. Now the system has applied in practice effectively and received good result.
