The orthogonality and accuracy of a scaling function (x),which satisfies a scaling equation (x)=2∑k∈Z2hk(Ax-k) with special coefficients and a given dilation matrix A,is discussed.So a family of bivariate orthogonal nonseparable wavelets in R2 is constructed.
