Application of Literature and Art in the Teaching of Copyright Law

Copyright law derives from literature and art,while the latter serves as referemts for the teaching and study of the former.Widely applying knowledge of literature and art to ilhustrate the idea of copyright law——theory of duality of expression,right of revision,right of protecting the completeness of works,the finishing time of a work and the explanation of the property right of a work,etc.——can result in effects of improving teaching,widening the students' vision and creating new teaching methods.
