Performance evaluation of underwater information fusion algorithm

This paper proposes a method for the evaluation of underwater information fusion performance. The evaluation is based on the simulation of acoustics environment, targets maneuvering and SONAR processing. The method is applied to test two fusion algorithms for a SONAR system, and is proved to be valid.
