Bing Kong · Modern Computer · 2011
Proposes algorithm of image retrieval using the invariant moment to retrieve the shape features of image. In order to improve the retrieval result, uses the eccentricity feature.Makes the secondary retrieval in succession by using modified color histogram.Through the ecperiment proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
