I/O scheduling scheme for integrated-service access system based on the ILP

The format of inner-system label packets (ILP) signaling used in the integrated-service access system is introduced this paper. And a new kind of scheduling scheme called 損riority-based parameter auto-adaptive round-robin scheduling?and its approach in the system I/O scheduling is presented. Also the performance of the scheme is tested and analyzed through experimentation.
