Progress of Cellular Automata and It’s Thcory Study

Cellular automata has the characters of simplicity of basic components,locality of cellular automata interactions,massive parallelism,and exhibits complex global properties.These make it suitable for the application in simulation,cryptography,and Built-in Self Test.This paper introduced the foundation conceptions of cellular automata,studied the progress of cellular automata theory.
