Relations between ideals and regular congruence in idempotent semirings with a zero

The definitions of ideals and regular congruences inidempotent semirings with a zero are presented.It is shown that there is a one-to-one correspondence between all ideals and all regular congruences.The results can be used in the research of algebraic structure of some algebraic systems,such as quantale,residuated lattice,MV-algebra and incline.
