A Survey of Trend Mining for Texts

Trend mining for texts is becoming a new research focus of text mining and has a wide range of application prospects.Firstly,trend mining for texts is introduced and application fields of trend mining for texts are discussed.Then,the internal and overseas research status are presented,and primary methods and technologies are summarized detailedly.Some problems and limits of present methods are also analyzed in detail.Finally,future development direction of trend mining for texts are proposed.
