Research on Hierarchical Model of Secure System for Sharing Resource in Samba Server

Samba is an application using SMB protocol. Communications between Unix/Linux servers and Windows clients are allowed by supporting SMB protocol. In this paper the hierarchical model of secure system for sharing resource in Samba server is proposed, and every level of the hierarchical model is analysed. How to implement the security of information share by configuring Samba parameter between Windows host and Unix/Linux host is also introduced. Finally the solution to application problems is discussed.
