High quality nursing care in transfusion room of the application

Objective To study the nursing service quality in improving the quality of the infusion room nursing application effect.Methods Random selection March 2011 to may in our infusion of 240 cases of patients with questionnaire to understand patients to nursing quality evaluation situation.Results Through the implementation of high quality nursing service,outstanding achievements,patients to nursing technology level,the service attitude,image and greatly improve the satisfaction and realize the goal of protecting with zero disputes.Conclusion Good service attitude and normative instrument is the premise of the implementation of quality service,infusion guard with communication skills,strict check system and perfect health education is to improve the nursing quality assurance,infusion to the patient as the center of high quality nursing service is worth popularization and application.
