Study of Quality Sampling Inspection with Seed-map to Digital Products in GIS

On the basis of the fundamental of the quality sampling inspection and the sampling inspection schemes to digital product, brings forward the method of using the 1/ m seed map as a unit to conduct the sampling inspection, and the OC curve is given to analyse the feasibility of the seed map sampling. Meanwhile, the existed sampling inspection schemes can be adjusted to satisfy the need of sampling inspection with seed map.
