Objective Discussion on relational factor and nursing countermeasures of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) and embolic syndrome.Methods In uterine artery of two sides with extraselective intubative technique went on to analyze and to mark the embolic syndrome of 80 cases and to need nursing.Results The patients of this group that post UAE syndrome was no one case of infection or bleed and so on of complication. To investigate the patients while in hospital that pleased degree was 98.8%.Voluntary visit in postoperation 3 to 6 month, the uterine muscle tumors were gradual reductions.Conclusion Embolic syndrome in post UAE that occurrent rate is higher ,because nurses get past to analyze and to mark symptoms of patients and carry out effective guide of nursing. Such as raise to recognize to ability and change to respond to mind of operative complications of patients. So that enhance confidence, cooperate treatment, reduce complications, promote health of body and mind of patients. That is very important.
