Development of Distributed Real Estate Surveying Software

This paper introduces the uploading of surveying and mapping results from different surveying and mapping organizations,the connecting of online real estate and property trade database,the relevant approval system and security measurements through the Internet means after the opening up of real estate market limitation.This software has been used in the practical application.It provides the technical measures to improve the accuracy of the calculation results and transparency,save data transfer costs,improve efficiency of data updating,and ensure the security of property rights trading system.
