Application of Usability Testing in ERP System

With the user-oriented software developing is more and more accepted,there is growing emphasis on software usability.Software usability testing,as an important role of software testing,has been put into the software testing schedule.Presents some general software usability testing methods,considering usability testing for a company's ERP system,describes the widely-used measures and implementation of usability testing.Then,the testing results are evaluated by the availability of capability maturity(UMM) model.The proposed usability testing methods provide a good reference for the other software systems' usability testing.
