Analysis of Anesthesia for Elderly Patients

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical problems of anesthesia for elderly patients, and to take effective measures to deal with the problems during the process. Methods The clinical data of 100 senile patients were treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected, and the data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. On the specific circumstance of patients before surgery and anesthesia specific ways and during anesthesia management of patients with statistics and summary, and then the elderly patients in anesthesia some problems easily occurred in the process of detailed analysis and discussion. Results There are two main problems during the process of anesthesia for elderly patients. One is that blood pressure drops and the other is arrhythmia. Conclusion During the operation, careful observation and treatment of the patients are very positive for the elderly patients.
