The Application of Multimedia Technology in Physical Education

It has a positive effect on the teachers,students and teaching contents by using multimedia technology in the process of physical education,which can not only effectively break through the teaching difficult,but enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of class teaching by helping students in understanding and grasping the sports action technology.Physical education combined with multimedia technology also makes sports appreciation teaching more effectively.
