Recovering stroke order of off-line chinese characters

A rule-Universal Stroke Ordering Rule has been proposed to recover the stroke order of off-line handwritten Chinese cha- racters, which will translate it ,s recognition problem into an on-line one, and solve it with the well-known graphic theories. It will raise the recognition rate and recognition speed greatly, as well simplify the recognition process.
