A Credit Evaluation Method Based on the Modified Cloud Model

Since the traditional credit evaluation method can not dispose the language-type evaluation information of the credit samples for personnel of practicing qualification in mega-projects efficiently,this paper proposes a credit evaluation method based on modified cloud model.Firstly,scale-cloud system of 5 grades credit reviews is established with the method of gold section based on normal cloud model.Secondly,language-type evaluation information is transformed to quantitative numbers by the scale-cloud system of 5 grades credit reviews.Thirdly,with a view to the characteristic that practicing credit can be attenuated by the time,time attenuation factor is inducted to generate credit cloud and its numeric characteristics,which denotes the practicing credit risk and level in the giving period.Finally,similarity of credit cloud is imported to readjust the credit grade by the credit cloud,so as to eliminate the evaluation error of practicing credit by the different scoring habit of the experts.Empirical result shows that,this credit evaluation method based on cloud model could tackle the problem of language-type evaluation information efficiently,such as the transformation between natural language and quantitative numbers,and the influence by the different scoring habit of the experts,thus,the reliability of the credit evaluation results is high.
