Design and implementation of component connector in GIS function warehouse

This paper focused on the component connector in the function warehouse.It was pointed out that the component connector generally implicitly existed in the function ware house,which was not good for the component reuse.In order to enhance the capacity of managing and integrating the component for the function warehouse,a method of setting up explicit component connector was put forward,and the design and implementation of the component connector were discussed in details.Meanwhile the idea was applied in the management of the components of GIS middleware,of which the ability to integrate multisource spatial data was further enhanced.
