Design of Monitoring for Digital TV Coverage in Shanghai Metro

During the development of metro DTV,the monitoring for its coverage is an important part of modern metro informational system.Two effective methods for monitoring and locating the abnormal system equipment accurately are presented in this paper,which is separately based on GPRS cell location and 2.4 GHz wireless data transceiver technique.After the simple introduction of DTV system in Shanghai Metro,the system structure,hardware design and software architecture are discussed mainly,and the two kinds of strategies are compared.
