Study on Learning Algorithms of Linkage Intensity in Causality Diagram

In this paper, approaches to learn linkage intensity from a set of data, with a given fixed network structure are discussed. It includes conditional expectation of complete data with Bayesian method and EM of incomplete data to learn linkage intensity of Causality diagram. And the experimental results show that the algorithms are effective and feasible.
