Research for object clustering in situation assessment

Situation assessment is one component of data fusion,and target clustering is one of the main tasks of situation assessment.The related concepts of target clustering are described.The distance factor and distance dispersion factor are presented.According to the useful target data obtained in primary-level fusion,attacking relation membership grade is calculated out for generating function group of target.The algorithms are also brought forward for calculating target clustering,and examples are given.The simulation results indicate that this algorithm is efficient in generating expected function group for situation assessment,and has certain theoretic and practical value.
