Along with the construction of the data center of Inner Mongolia electric power company and ERP enterprise-class business application, the equipments that need management and maintenance are more and more at present, and also are the types of equipment. The complex system structure and the sharing of software and hardware resource increase the difficulty of daily management and maintenance, and it also prolongs the finding time, positioning time and eliminating time of the system fault. In this paper, decision support and expert knowledge database are applied to the original comprehensive monitoring management platform. The three-dimensional analysis is established based on availability, responsibility, health degree. The three-dimensional analysis mining means is used to realize deepening application of the existing monitoring system. It provides a powerful technology method for information professional operation and maintenance personnel, and helps professional personnel to make better operation and maintenance work. It constantly cultivates and improves the ability and level of the operation and maintenance personnel.
