An Improved Conceptual Similarity Ontology Transfer Learning

A method for choosing candidate similar concepts set is presented with the removal of non-calculable concepts,and the calculation method of conceptual similarity is proposed based on the characteristics of the concept ontology and content design for the optimize ontology able to transfer learning.Experiment results show effectiveness of this method.
