Fragmentation of Micro-Blog Based on Theory of Media Ecology

Micro-blog is the most popular network application at present.Showing its superiority of rapidly transmission,it also reveals its own defects—fragmentation of information.Based on the theoretical horizon and humanity spirit of media ecology,the paper understands the micro-blog as perceptual environment and symbol environment,and analyses the fragmentation of micro-blog from coding,transmitting and decoding aspects.This research proposes that fragmentation of information is an inevitable trend.We should correctly handle the relationship between technology and culture,and pay attention to harmonious development of scientific culture and humanistic culture.
