Analysis of the Reason of the Misdiagnosis about Three Aortic Dissections

Objective:To investigate the reasons for misdiagnosis of patients with aortic dissection,to improve the early diagnosis rate,and to provide a strong scientific basis for the timely and correct treatment.Methods:Three patients with aortic dissection were analyzed retrospectively in terms of diagnosis and misdiagnosis of the actual situation to identify the causes of misdiagnosis.Results:The three cases of aortic dissection in patients were confirmed after inspection,one case misdiagnosed as acute esophageal laceration or peptic ulcer,accounting for 33.33%;1 cases misdiagnosed as acute abdomen,accounting for 33.33%;1 cases misdiagnosed as acute intracranial disease,accounting for 33.33%.Conclusion:The positive assessment of their risk of disease,monitoring vital signs,rapid establishment of intravenous access,and asked in detail about the relevant history,a serious body search,and actively take appropriate examination,can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
