Study on effects of complex desulfurizer on the desulfurization ratio of lead pastes from used lead-acid battery

The lead paste from used lead-acid battery was desulfurized by complex desulfurizer of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3.Through contrast of products characterization and the desulfurization ratio of lead paste,the best desulfurization condition will be obtained.Pure lead carbonate can be prepared under a certain proportion of complex desulfurizer,namely 3.40 g Na2CO3 and 1.34 g NaHCO3,with the desulfurization ratio above 99 %.
