Aimed at the embodiment form and implementation technique of workflow, associated with the analysis of advanced request and operational workflow in office automatization system, and based on a thorough analysis of Lotus Domino/Notes workflow mechanism, a designing procedure of workflow based on E-mail and database is given in terms of realization of concrete operations such as the typical circulationtype affairs in office automatization system.
