Research of the Solution to the IT Service Quality Management Problem in F Company

IT service quality means a lot to the operation efficiency in modern enterprise.According to the current IT service quality status of F company,which is one world famous multi-national company,this paper builds up the IT service quality management process to adapt to this company's daily IT operation.That process is also used to ensure the IT service quality to be improved during the daily IT support.After the analysis,it suggested that F company should use the standard process to manage the IT service quality and use SLA together with customer feedback to make regular assessment of the IT service quality.
