The bandgap embedded in A/D converter is an essential component, its stability has an direct effect on the performance of A/D converter. In the condition of TSMC 0.18 μm,3.3 V Nwell CMOS process, temperature coefficient (TC) can obtain over ten ppm/℃.And PSRR Can obtain 54 dB individually, the power consumption was only 0.25 mW with the frequency at 100 kHz.
