Research on Metro ISCS DSS Based on Case-Base Reasoning

The traditional metro integrated supervisory control system(ISCS) handled specific emergency incident according to reserved linkage plan.This approach is difficult to accurately deal with the uncertainty and evolution subway incident.A scene-handle retrieval and adaptable technology for intelligent linkage control function is proposed,which implements ISCS decision support system(DSS),including the identification,analysis,adaptation of incident,and the generation and implementation of executive plans.The application of system will improve ISCS emergency response capabilities of intelligent handling and responsiveness,and further guarantee the operation safety of urban rail transportation.
